Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2025

1. About Our Services

Femcore Digital Solutions Limited ("Femcore Digital", "we", or "us") provides IT support, digital consultancy, hardware and software installation, network configuration, device management, and related technology services to individuals and businesses across the United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions govern all engagements between Femcore Digital and its clients. By requesting or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Delivery

Services are primarily delivered remotely, using online communication tools, screen sharing, and digital project management. This remote-first approach enables faster delivery, greater flexibility, and cost-effective solutions for our clients. Where a project requires physical presence — such as hardware installation, technical setup, or on-site consultation — an engineer can attend the client's location within the United Kingdom. Any on-site visits will be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges depending on location and scope.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure services are delivered effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
  • Ensure that necessary access to systems, devices, or premises is available when required
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid delays in project delivery
  • Ensure that any software or systems provided for support are legally licensed and authorised for use
  • Notify us of any changes that may affect the scope or delivery of the agreed service

4. Payment & Project Agreements

All services are subject to a written or email agreement confirming the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Work will commence upon confirmation of the project terms and, where applicable, receipt of any agreed deposit. Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified. Late payment may result in suspension of services. Femcore Digital reserves the right to adjust pricing for ongoing or repeat engagements with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the intellectual property rights to any work, code, or deliverables created by Femcore Digital as part of a project will transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in the delivery of services remain the property of Femcore Digital or their respective owners and are not transferred as part of the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Femcore Digital will exercise reasonable skill and care in the delivery of all services. However, we cannot guarantee that all technical issues will be fully resolved in every circumstance, particularly where issues arise from third-party hardware, software, or network infrastructure outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Femcore Digital's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of revenue.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
